Assessment Centre Experience Days

Based on our extensive experience in the design, development and delivery of assessment centres, we brought our knowledge into the classroom, providing students with the opportunity to be assessed in a non assigned role group discussion. Using a behavioural anchored rating system to provide feedback, giving amazing insight into how assessment centres work, we gave students an insight of what to expect at an assessment centre.

Peter is always available to support CEIAG events in school. As our Enterprise Adviser he works closely with the Career Leader and our Enterprise Coordinator from the LCR Careers Hub. His leadership and presentation of sessions on employer assessment centres as part of our Year 11 Transition Programme were outstanding. He continues to introduce us to a range of employers whose support we value highly. He is without doubt an integral member of the CEIAG team.
