We believe it is the time to challenge the existing thinking that change can be achieved through plans, policies and the creation of specialist roles alone.

Impactful change requires us to take hold of the issues of Leadership, Culture and Purpose.

Our work with Bill and his team has created significant interest in the wider UK and Europe. We hosted a series of Cabinet Office Webinars in the first quarter of 2023. It is our hope that we shall also be able to develop our impact closer to home in the North West and particularly Liverpool.

We co-created a development model that will assist us to make sequential, intentional, and intelligent steps and provide a framework to share our learning.

Working with the BID Steering Group we worked through 3 phases (Build the foundation, Here and now, Design what will be) and then developed the next phases:

  • Develop the Options
  • Start Building
  • Learning Lessons

Liverpool Bid Company appointed Satty to lead our journey to embed EDI across the organisation. We didn’t just want a policy in a handbook - we wanted a fully integrated model that was embedded throughout the organisation. Our EDI journey has been a joy with Peter and his team and has led to a transformation in our ethos.
