Peter was invited as a guest speaker for the CIPD event 'Future Careers & Employability in HR' organised by the University of Liverpool Management School and the CIPD Branch in Merseyside and North Cheshire on 23rd April 2024.
Based on the work of Peter Block and David Maister we explored the roles that internal OD practitioners can choose when working with clients identifying the pros and cons of each and the power of understanding and working within contextual reality.
Peter delivered a fantastic opening session, which approached the topic from employers' perspective and set the scene. Peter's insights in HR and organisation development contributed greatly to the lively discussions among participants.
